A robin follows me as I dig. Sandwich terns dive around me hunting for silver fish as I swim. Rain falls on the surface of the sea and my skin. I chat to my neighbour over the fence and we swap seeds. The sun warms everything and the oak tree is filled with birds. I light a fire in the garden and have a few beers. Hunt for safe places to buy local produce without going near a supermarket. My fridge is full of fresh veg and there is wine and chocolate in the cupboard. I do what ever needs doing. Whatever I feel capable of. What feels right. Now. All is well.
